For Families

  • Mosaic is a collaborative wellness community located inside CALE Collective in Columbia, MO. We bring together independent wellness professionals under one roof, designed around the belief that healing works best when care is connected and collaborative.

  • Mosaic was built by the people already inside of CALE, a fully accredited microschool right next door. CALE was the seed this vision grew from. We exist to extend whole-child, whole-family support beyond the classroom.

  • We're located inside the CALE Collective building in Columbia, MO.

    From Nifong take the North Sinclair exit at the roundabout and head north. CALE Collective will be on the left. Enter the parking lot at the 2nd entrance and head West in the parking lot to the furthest West side of the building where you will see an office entrance for Mosaic Health and Wellness Group.

    Free parking is available on site.

    Please be aware that we are sharing space with a school. We ask that you drive slowly and cautiously when in the parking lot as children could be playing.

About Mosaic

  • Current providers include Alight Family Integrative Wellness (integrative psychiatry and relationship coaching) and Restore Counseling Services (individual, couples, and group counseling, intensives, and retreats). We are actively growing our provider community.

  • No referral is required. You can reach out directly to any provider inside Mosaic to inquire about services and scheduling.

  • Each provider manages their own billing and insurance relationships independently. We recommend reaching out directly to the provider you're interested in to ask about accepted insurance plans and payment options.

  • Our providers work with individuals across all stages of life, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Reach out to a specific provider to confirm their areas of focus.

  • Yes. Mosaic recently completed a new ADA-compliant bathroom in our main lobby. Accessibility is a core part of how we design and improve this space.

Getting Care

For Professionals

  • We're looking for established wellness professionals whose work complements the care already inside Mosaic: counselors, coaches, therapists, integrative providers, movement instructors, and allied wellness practitioners who lead with their values and believe in collaborative care.

  • We're intentional about who joins Mosaic because alignment matters here. We're not just filling offices, we're building a community. We look for professionals who collaborate rather than compete, and whose work supports whole-person, whole-family care.

Is Mosaic right for me?

  • Private offices start at $500/month. We offer both interior suites and larger windowed offices at different price points depending on size and availability.

  • Full service means one predictable monthly payment that covers your office, utilities, internet, and trash. No hidden fees, no separate utility bills. What you see is what you pay.

  • Shared amenities include a conference room, break room with RO water filter and coffee, printer and copy access, free parking, building security, janitorial service for shared spaces, and a secure HIPAA-friendly network infrastructure.

  • Our building features secure, encrypted network infrastructure intentionally designed to support HIPAA-compliant practices. We're happy to discuss the specifics during a tour.
